Kale Chips are so easy (like...first-recipe-I-ever-made easy), delicious, and a great way to cruise right through the bunch you got in your CSA.

Super easy healthy snack! Easy way to use up a bunch of kale.
  • Bunch of Kale
  • 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil (depending on amount of Kale)
  • 1 TSP Salt (Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan, or whatever you have on hand)
  1. Preheat Oven -- 350F
  2. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Wash and dry Kale leaves
  4. Cut middle vein out of the leaves
  5. Cut or tear leaves into smaller pieces (approx. 2-3 in. diameter, they shrink!)
  6. Combine Kale pieces, Olive Oil, and Salt in a bowl. Make sure Kale is coated with the oil
  7. Spread leaves out on cookie sheet
  8. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool (if you can wait that long), enjoy!
